The service has three (3) specialized vehicles, with a small number of seats for passengers (3-7), with 3 or 4 wheelchair positions and one attendant seat. The use of this service can be carried out only by appointment and under the condition that there is a vehicle available. -From the platform you will enter the train either yourself or with the help of your companion or of those in charge within the station, who will provide you with any assistance, if requested. Embarkation - disembarkation, for the people on wheelchairs, is easier on the first or the last coach, due to the signalization and the ramp covering the gap between the train and the platform.
-If you have vision problems, ask the station manager for help. She/he will assist you board and will inform the manager of the station, you will choose to disembark, to wait for you and help you.
Railway

-Enter the train from the first door of the first coach, where you will also find the respective signalization.
-At the stations of Agios Nikolaos, Omonia and Monastiraki call the security guards to bring the mobile ramp, to help you get off, as in these stations there is a big gap between the platform and the train. In the above mentioned stations, there is a respective signalization, as well as an audio announcement.
Tram
-Reach the nearest station, preferably along with an attendant, as the access to the ramps of the tram stops is not easy, because the sidewalks are not yet properly adjusted.
