INFORMATION
 
The Museum of Ancient Agora extends below the ground surface as a continuation of the Stoa of the Crypt (crypto-portico) which is built for this specific purpose in the western part of the site. Within the exhibition both the ancient market as well as the entire city’s history from the 3rd century BC until today area is presented including audiovisual material.

Ticket Price for the Summer Period (April 1st - October 31st): 3€

Ticket Price for the Winter Period (November 1st - March 31st): 2€

General admission for adults
 
Reduced admission for the Summer Period (April 1st - October 31st): 2€
The following visitors are entitled to a reduced admission:
1. Greek Senior citizens and Senior citizens from EU countries, 65 years of age and over, with current identification card
2. Young persons under 18 years of age, from non-EU countries, with current identification card to confirm age
3. Students from Higher Education Institutions, from non-EU countries, with current student identification card or International Student Identity Card
 
FREE admission
The following visitors are entitled to free admission:
1. Young persons under 18 years of age, from EU countries, with current identification card
2. Greek unemployed citizens, with identification card and current unemployment card
3. Visitors with disabilities from EU and non-EU countries
 
The Museum of Ancient (Roman) Agora will remain closed due to reconstruction.
 
Unified ticket - Full admission: 15€, Reduced admission: 8€
The Unified ticket (a 3-Days ticket) is valid for: Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, Museum of Byzantine Culture, White Tower, Archaeological Site and Museum of Roman Agora, Galerian Complex-Arched Hall
